An aspiring fantasy author hard at work on her first novel, Grace Reed has a bachelor’s degree in creative writing, a minor in Spanish, and a certificate in editing and publishing from Washington State University, where she was a member of the Honors College. Two of her stories have been published in the campus literary journal, LandEscapes. She has been a Fulbright Summer Institute Participant, a mentor consultant and class facilitator at the Undergraduate Writing Center on campus, and a managing intern for the online journal The Palouse Review. Grace also completed an honors thesis comparing variations in the Arabian Nights frame story.
